Ingredients:
- 1 medium Onion, chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 medium Cucumber, diced
- 1 cup Corn, canned or frozen

- 200g Grass Fed Chicken, diced
- 100g Bacon, chopped
- 200g Flat Noodles
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 2 large Eggs
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 cup Oats
- 1 cup All Purpose Flour
- 1 cup Couscous
- 1 cup Rice
- 1/2 cup Cream Cheese
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
- 1/4 cup Cream
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 tbsp Fish Sauce
- 200g Pasta

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a large skillet, melt 2 tbsp of butter over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until translucent.
- Add the ground beef and diced chicken to the skillet, cooking until browned. Stir in the chopped bacon and cook until crispy.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked meat mixture with diced cucumber, corn, grated carrot, and broccoli florets.
- In another bowl, mix the mayonnaise, eggs, baking powder, oats, all-purpose flour, cream cheese, and cream until smooth. Add this mixture to the meat and vegetable bowl and stir well.
- Cook the flat noodles according to package instructions, then drain and add to the mixture.
- In a greased baking dish, layer the noodle mixture evenly. Top with grated Parmesan cheese and drizzle with honey and fish sauce.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
- While the bake is cooking, prepare the couscous and rice according to package instructions as a side dish.
- Serve the creamy beef and vegetable noodle bake hot with a side of couscous and rice.
