Ingredients:

  • 2 slices of Bread
  • 1 tablespoon of Butter
  • 2 tablespoons of Mayonnaise
  • 2 slices of Cheddar Cheese

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Stove Top

Instructions:

  • Heat the stove top on medium heat.
  • Spread 1 tablespoon of Butter on one side of each slice of Bread.
  • Place one slice of Bread, butter side down, on the stove top.
  • Spread 2 tablespoons of Mayonnaise on the unbuttered side of the slice on the stove.
  • Add 2 slices of Cheddar Cheese on top of the Mayonnaise.
  • Top with the second slice of Bread, butter side up.
  • Cook for 2-3 minutes until the bottom is golden brown, then flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the other side is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  • Remove from the stove, let it cool for a minute, then cut in half and serve.
