Ingredients:
- 2 slices of Bread
- 1 tablespoon of Butter
- 2 tablespoons of Mayonnaise
- 2 slices of Cheddar Cheese

Instructions:
- Heat the stove top on medium heat.
- Spread 1 tablespoon of Butter on one side of each slice of Bread.
- Place one slice of Bread, butter side down, on the stove top.
- Spread 2 tablespoons of Mayonnaise on the unbuttered side of the slice on the stove.
- Add 2 slices of Cheddar Cheese on top of the Mayonnaise.
- Top with the second slice of Bread, butter side up.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes until the bottom is golden brown, then flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the other side is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the stove, let it cool for a minute, then cut in half and serve.
